2. Services Provided StreamPlush provides interactive widgets (e.g., Dragon Hunters, Survivor Battle Royale, Interactive Wheels) designed to be integrated into broadcasting software (OBS, Streamlabs) via Browser Source.
3. Twitch Integration
API Usage: To use our services, you must authorize StreamPlush via your Twitch account. We only access the data necessary to provide the widget functionality (e.g., chat reading for commands).
Compliance: Users must comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using StreamPlush widgets.
4. User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your account and the unique "Browser Source" URLs generated for your widgets.
Prohibited Conduct: You may not use widgets to facilitate gambling, harassment, or any activity that violates third-party rights.
5. Beta Disclaimer The Platform is provided "as is" during the Beta period. StreamPlush does not guarantee 100% uptime and is not liable for stream interruptions or data loss during this testing phase.
6. Intellectual Property All widget designs, code, and animations are the property of StreamPlush. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to display these widgets on their live streams.
